- general public who to avail of the services

the manpower development course is only intended for cebu residents? how about other provinces?

Which documentation must a candidate produce as proof of Cebu city residency ?
Does the DMDP public authority not think it would be of minimum courtesy to the public, even a minimum standard of good governance to post that information on the website in stead of making candidates wild guess ? Next there is not even an email address to make inquiries like this one; what is the sheer logic of that ?
To: Sunset/sunrise : This might be very old but can't help but react, if you have queries, there is a telephone number you can dial to contact DMDP, not only through email address... since they did not post one you better call their number as posted ... makes sense??
