its totally free.. but of course you have to share the amount you are going to spend for the food that you cook/bake..

you need to get the requirements needed such as medical certificate, etc, but you need to go to Ramos and you need to extend your patience of waiting for a vacant slot and once you will be given a slot, don't let it go! remember there are a lot of people enrolling on the courses they offered..
